- Rozana Papad
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Roast the papads until they’re crisp. You can do this on a stovetop flame, microwave, or in the oven. Set them aside.
- In a bowl, combine the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chilies.
- Add the chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture. Adjust the amount according to your taste.
- Break the roasted papads into small pieces and arrange them on a plate.
- Spoon the prepared masala mixture evenly over the papad pieces.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

- For extra crunch and flavor, sprinkle some crushed sev on top of your masala papad just before serving.
