- 4 Large Papadmalji Papads (Choose your favorite flavor)
- 1 cup Cooked Chole (Chickpeas)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Lemon Juice, for a tangy kick
- Create the Papad Bowls:
- Gently wrap each papad over the back of an oven-safe bowl or the cavity of a muffin tin to create a bowl shape.
- Place the papad bowls on a baking sheet and bake for around 3-4 minutes until they turn golden and crispy. Watch closely to prevent overcooking.
- Assemble the Papad Bowls:
- Carefully spoon the spiced chole into each papad bowl, filling them generously.
- Squeeze in some lemon juice for a tangy twist and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Top with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro for a burst of freshness.
